Can the New Internal Combustion Carbonization Furnace Really Reduce Fuel Consumption?

There are many types of carbonization furnaces on the market today, leaving potential buyers confused and unsure which furnace is suitable for their raw materials.

Based on extensive customer feedback, our factory has developed a new type of internal combustion carbonization furnace, that saves core fuel wood while achieving high-temperature dry-distillation charcoal production. Its carbonization process fully simulates the traditional earth kiln method.

Working Principle of the New Internal Combustion Carbonization Furnace

This furnace adopts a horizontal design, featuring low-temperature moisture removal and high-temperature carbonization.

A square ignition port is located at the bottom of the furnace body.

After the furnace is fully loaded with wood and the door is closed, only a small amount of kindling wood is ignited at the ignition port, then the door is sealed again.

The furnace has a three-layer structure:
  • Inner layer: high-temperature-resistant boiler steel plate
  • Middle layer: thick thermal insulation cotton
  • Outer layer: welded steel plate

All joints are sealed with graphite packing to ensure complete airtightness and no air leakage.

In addition, this furnace delivers a higher charcoal yield than conventional carbonization furnaces.
The equipment is equipped with a smoke and dust treatment system.

Exhaust gas and fumes are processed through pipes and discharged as white vapor, making it eco-friendly and fully compliant with environmental protection standards.

The new internal combustion furnace can also be equipped with slidable steel baskets, greatly reducing labor intensity and making loading and unloading very convenient.
