4. Complete Working Process

The production line adopts indirectly heated oxygen-free dry distillation carbonization technology with fully enclosed operation.
  1. Preprocessed raw materials are fed into the gasifier for combustion and gas generation.
  2. Raw flue gas enters the purification system to remove wood tar, dust and other impurities, forming pure fuel gas.
  3. Clean gas is delivered to the furnace bottom for heating. When the temperature reaches the set standard, materials start stable carbonization.
  4. Secondary flue gas generated in the process is recycled, purified and re-burned to realize self-circulating energy supply.
  5. After stable gas supply is established, the equipment runs continuously with uninterrupted feeding and discharging.
  6. Hot finished charcoal is firstly cooled by the primary cooling discharger, then goes through secondary heat dissipation via cooling conveyor.
  7. Qualified products are collected, stored and sold directly.
The whole process runs under sealed oxygen-free conditions, featuring zero pollution and remarkable energy-saving effect.
