4. Complete Working Process
- Preprocessed raw materials are fed into the gasifier for combustion and gas generation.
- Raw flue gas enters the purification system to remove wood tar, dust and other impurities, forming pure fuel gas.
- Clean gas is delivered to the furnace bottom for heating. When the temperature reaches the set standard, materials start stable carbonization.
- Secondary flue gas generated in the process is recycled, purified and re-burned to realize self-circulating energy supply.
- After stable gas supply is established, the equipment runs continuously with uninterrupted feeding and discharging.
- Hot finished charcoal is firstly cooled by the primary cooling discharger, then goes through secondary heat dissipation via cooling conveyor.
