The briquette making machine is core equipment that compresses raw materials like wood chips, crop straw and coal powder into stick-shaped solid fuel under high pressure and high temperature. It is widely used in machine-made charcoal production and industrial fuel processing.
It compresses loose raw materials into high-density fuel sticks, which are easy to transport and store, and greatly improve combustion efficiency. Some models support cold pressing forming to save energy consumption.
The machine adopts spiral propelling or piston stamping structure. Raw materials are squeezed and shaped inside forming barrels. It makes full use of the thermoplastic property of lignin to bond plant fibers tightly together.

Standard Production Process
Crushing
Grind raw materials into particles of 3-5 mm to meet required feeding size.
Drying
Control raw material moisture content between 8% and 15%. Excessive moisture causes blockage, while too low moisture leads to poor forming effect.
Briquette Forming
The core working procedure, pressing dried materials into dense fuel sticks.
Carbonization
For charcoal production, finished sticks are sent into carbonization furnace for oxygen-free carbonization treatment.
